SUMMARY
The Green at The Village of Midlothian, a 43 acre office and retail zoned project, offers a development opportunity rarely available. Located in the Village of Midlothian in Chesterfield County, The Green has been approved for 149,500 square feet of office on 12.38 acres zoned O-2, referred to as The Millworks; and 262,400 square feet of retail on three parcels totaling 31.05 acres zoned C-3. All off-site improvements, including sidewalks, curb & gutter, turn lanes and utilities have been completed. Additionally, an 8.9 acre lake has been completed and provides a regional BMP and SWM for the entire 43 acre development. The phasing of the development will begin with The Millworks at the Green, the office project which has two sections, D-1 and D-2. This project will be undertaken by MidloGreen, LLC, a entity with all local individuals. The design and development team includes Woolfolk Construction, Architects Dayton, Thompson & Associates, E. D. Lewis & Associates, and Land Planning & Design Associates (LPDA) of Charlottesville. It is the developer's intent to break ground on this exciting first phase in 2010.
